Please move your vehicle from the street immediately if it is parked on Primrose Drive, Winterberry Court, Morning Glory Court or Hibiscus Court. Thank you.

Rowan Notification: Paving begins tomorrow, Wednesday, September 23rd on Primrose Drive, Winterberry Court, Morning Glory Court, and Hibiscus Court

Rowan Notification: Residents of Primrose Drive, Winterberry Court, Morning Glory Court, and Hibiscus Court are advised that the road department will begin a repaving project in your area tomorrow, Wednesday, September 23rd. Please make sure no vehicles are parked in the roadway tomorrow. The project is expected to be completed on Thursday. Thank you for your patience as we work to make these needed repairs.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include… Mount Sterling, Owingsville, Marshall, Camargo, Sharpsburg, Levee, Preston, Reynoldsville, Wyoming, Sideview, Peasticks and Flat Creek. Turn around, don’t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.

* At 1245 AM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms with heavy rain over the area. The rain will cause flooding. Up to three inches of rain have already fallen.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include… Wellington, Zag, Stoll, Kellacey, Yale, Paragon, Denniston, Omer, Dan, Bangor, Ratlitt and Scranton. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
